The Library Restaurant

Established in 1974, the Library Restaurant has long served the Grand Strand. Our tuxedoed wait staff has a combined 100 years of experience. Our Chef prepares the finest cuisine fresh daily. Our rare tableside service is a Library tradition. From our tableside Steak Diane to our Flambé desserts, the Library represents perfection.

The Library Restaurant has three private dining rooms available. We have the infamous wine cellar room which is located directly above our climate controlled wine cellar. Hundreds of couples refer to this room as the Proposal Room. This room can accommodate from two to six persons. Next we have the Reading Room. With its antique book case and comfortable seclusion, this room accommodates parties from four to twelve. Next is the Banquet Room, with the mahogany paneling and antique chandelier this room is the perfect setting for parties, receptions, business meetings, and holiday get-together's. This room accommodates up to 70 persons. Our main dining room is known for the ambiance that is truly unique. The antique chandelier in the center of the room casts as oft glow on the gold rimmed boned china and sterling silver place settings. Fresh cut flowers and candlelight add to the intimate surroundings that the Library is known for. The wood burning fireplace adds ambiance and seasoned aroma throughout the whole room. The wine cage is overflowing with an impressive 110 bottle wine list. Overall the number one rated restaurant in Myrtle Beach.
