Welcome to our house and experience a part of the culture from South of Brazil.  Brazilian Southern Churrasco is the culinary tradition in the Pampas region in South America where the Gauchos (Cowboys) prepare their meats on the grill or on the skewers over an open fire pit. This way of preparing meats has been a part of the “Gaucha” tradition for more than a few centuries.   In the Gaucha tradition everyone has a part to contribute for such a feast from the meats, to the salads, cheeses and desserts. 

Gaucho’s Brazilian Steakhouse would like to bring this to you!  We feature unlimited service of 14 cuts of meats and a unique salad bar that consists of 30 items.   The meats will be served tableside a service that is called “Espetos Corrido” meaning continuous service of the skewers.  The selection of the meats will consist of 5 groups ranging from beef, pork, chicken, sausage and lamb.  The salad bar is self service with a nice selection of vegetables, salad, a couple of cheese’s and the must not forget the traditional black beans and white rice.
