The head Chef Raza is a seasoned Chef that hails from Donald Trump’s very own kitchen at the Taj Mahal in Atlantic City, New Jersey for over twelve years. Each dish at Bombay at the beach is an original creation that Raza puts his heart and soul into.

Raza’s signature dish here at Bombay at the Beach is either of the sizzler dishes; Made from a selection of different meats that have been marinated in yogurt and the chef’s special spices and cooked to perfection in a clay oven. The product is a hot and succulent meal served with rice and handmade bread.

Bombay at the Beach offers many traditional dishes including the very popular vegetarian items. All diners can appreciate the exquisite Mango Lassi as an exquisite and unique drink served only at Bombay at the Beach.

Bombay at the beach offers the experience of superb spices, rich coffees and unique combinations of delicate grains, breads and oils. Bombay at the beach opens daily at 11:00AM-3:00PM for the very affordable $9.95 lunch buffet, and reopens each evening from 5:00PM-10:00PM for a night of fine dining.
